Return Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Returns: We don’t accept any returns once the order is delivered.
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
    • If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.
    • If the product was damaged on delivery. Customers may be asked to share a picture/short video of the damaged product.
    • If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment methods within 10 business days.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs, post that orders cannot be cancelled. Achaar Company reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. We may also require additional information to process your order. You will be notified in case your order, or a portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled, after your credit/debit card has been charged, you will receive the refund in 10 working days.
